Did the workshop meet your expectations?
'Yes.  I was looking forward to a unique leadership course, one that did not emphasize on theory too much.  This experience was completely different to all other leadership courses that I have attended. Absolutely!'

What do you find particular useful about the workshop.
'Helps you face your challenges and fears and to be confident.  Learning about my own behaviour and leadership style, by interacting with horses and other people.  Getting to know the inner me.  Reflection, how horses reflect your own emotions & mental state to oneself, and if horses pick-up on this so would others. Lead with respect and you will receive respect. Think out of the box.'

'Well presented and delivered.  Her knowledge of the topic was good.  Patient and she has a good understanding of workplace dynamics.  I just want to say thank you for giving up your time learning us and sharing your experience.  You made me a different person in the two days.  You are so original.  She makes you relax, and you feel safe sharing who you are with her.'


What could we do to make the workshop more relevant and appropriate for you? 

'Course was great, however, seating area needs to be improved, brought a level of discomfort after a while, a little more clarity in the questions. Yolanda should share more of her international experience and elaborate on her work done via StellenboschUniversity (Especially for Jhb)'
