Welcome to Chloe Consultant’s first newsletter of 2010. It has been an interesting year thus far and surely taught me to be more flexible and go with the flow of life! Always a lesson to be learnt from the horses!

1. Conscious Connection
A workshop for families ready to relate in new ways!
Chloe Consultants offers a powerful and unique approach for individuals and families seeking to enhance their RELATIONSHIPS
Horses can’t but touch our emotions, be it fear, confidence, excitement, sadness, resentment or respect.
The horse provides the conduit for individual exploration, as the horse provides immediate feedback and offers opportunities for profound personal growth within the family context.
Conscious Connection is a one day experiential learning experience that provides a variety of self discovery and family relationship building activities.
As a family in this workshop:
- We will explore how to communicate effectively
- We will learn how to support each other in growth
- We will learn how to open up to vulnerabilities, both individually and as a family.
- We will learn the freedom of boundary setting
- We will learn the possibilities available through honest, compassionate communication.
Sensitive facilitation and the magical presence of the horse will help you become aware of patterns and behaviors that separate you from your family and assist you in creating an emotionally intelligent relationship.
An enduring family relationship is one of life's greatest treasures. It is a treasure that is created by our being fully present together - aware, open and wholeheartedly immersing ourselves in whatever experience life has to offer us. It is continuously changing. It is our staying present, while going through these changes together that deepens our relationship as a family.

2. Chloe Paddock Online Community

3. Equine Program for Children and Young Adults
Chloe Consultants is very proud to offer an Equine Leadership Program for Learners and Young Adults
The program is specifically developed for schools and targets learners with leadership potential.
What a wonderful opportunity to grow as a leader and learn the life lessons of integrity and authenticity at such a young age from the Natural Leaders, the Horse!
In this workshop, Learners will learn how to:
- Improve Emotional Intelligence – awareness of self and others
- Improve communication skills
- Identify strengths and development areas as a Leader
- Identify how to respond to people and tasks
- Recognize reactions to stress and pressure
- Become an effective listener
- Apply effective and creative problem solving skills
- Become more self confident as a leader
